Customer Review: Great knife for my needs....

Generally, I'm cutting bread made from my bread machine and this thing really does the trick. No more mangled bread. Nice long blade, well made, and extremely sharp. I've had a few other bread knives that just weren't good enough, so I was especially happy when I got this. Now the downside to the extremely sharp blade is that you can cut yourself if you aren't careful, and I have cut myself a couple of times with this. Today, for example, I reached into the knife drawer, and cut my finger in this. So be careful.
