These knives are VERY sharp and I am very satisfied with them. It is true that one or two of them were not super-sharp when they arrived, but the set comes with a sharpener, and it doesn't take long to get them plenty sharp. So sharp in fact, that I cut myself very badly with one of them and had to get stitches! (it was my fault, as I was in a hurry, and cutting improperly)
The only con with these is that they are lighter than what one might expect for good quality knives. Essentially, this just means you have to be a bit more careful when using them, because you will tend to push harder when cutting, and if your finger happens to be in the way...
Other than that, these knives are amazing for the price and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new set.
