I bought this to replace a knife missing from our classic black Wustof set. I didn't feel like paying 4x the price to get another Wustof when these offer the same quality construction, full tang, the high-quality steel that extends through the handle...and matches perfectly! You'd never know except it's missing the stamp. I fell in love with the Wustof but I don't think I can justify the price now that I know these are out there ..I think I'll be adding some more to my collection!

Full-tang blades coupled with a heavy duty forged bolster provide balance and strength. The black polymer handles give Centurion a classic look while the triple riveted construction provide safety.
Slice thick pieces of juicy roast beef with this specialty slicer knife from Chicago Cutlery. Chicago Cutlery has 75 years of experience, crafting top-notch knives since 1930. The Centurion slicer exemplifies this long tradition of fine cutlery. A great addition in any kitchen, the 8-inch knife is a great choice for carving turkey, cutting a steak into thick strips, or slicing large vegetables for a side dish.
